I don't think it could be done by a single person as you need to grab opposing corners and back away from each other in the initial stages. Two people in their mid-sixties, not particularly in the best shape did this with ease. This was put up in a light wind (it blew the screen around a bit but not enough wind to move the top panel at all). That would have been shorter if we had labeled the top as starting point in our practice run. It took a few additional minutes to put on the screen panel kit. The first time in an unimproved campground we took a few moments to spot a reasonably flat piece of ground, took our C100 out and had the frame and the top up in about the same time as it took our friends to turn the cranks to convert their tent trailer to the camper tent.
